Shockwave Therapy

A therapeutic modality used in physical therapy and sports medicine for the treatment of common musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions. Dry needling

The treatment of trigger points or muscle knots involves inserting a fine acupuncture needle into the problematic muscle to partially or fully release the trigger point. Reflexology

Reflexology is a focused pressure technique, usually directed at the feet or hands. It is based on the premise that there are zones and reflexes on different body parts that correspond to and are relative to all parts, glands, and organs of the entire body.

Cupping Therapy

Cupping utilizes negative pressure to separate—pull—the skin and subcutaneous tissue away from the underlying layers of muscle and fascia. A plastic cup is placed on the skin, and a pump draws air out, creating a vacuum. This separation of tissues allows for improved blood flow, increased lymphatic drainage, and improved cellular function and mobility in the tissues.
